- Send transactional and security-related communications, including one-time passcodes (OTP)

5. SMS Communications and Opt-In

If you provide your mobile phone number, Telio may send you SMS messages strictly for transactional and security purposes, such as one-time passcodes (OTP) for account registration, login authentication, or account protection.

SMS messages are sent only after a user-initiated action, such as tapping "Send verification code" within the Telio application. Before requesting an OTP, users are shown a clear on-screen disclosure informing them that they will receive a one-time verification SMS message.

By entering your phone number and requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive these SMS messages.

6. No Marketing or Promotional SMS

Telio does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this opt-in. All SMS communications are transactional or security-related only.

Telio Mobility, Inc. does not sell, rent, share, or disclose SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
